Progression is not linear!

The hardest aspect of training is that nothing is ever linear. This is true for fat loss, muscle gain and strength increases. You might stall for 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden you have a short period of very rapid progress even if you seemingly don’t do anything different, then you stall for another 2-3 weeks.

This is why few people reach their goals: when they have that spurt of gains they make irrealistic goals then they get really down when they stall.

The key is to keep doing things right even when you are not making gains. There is such a thing as delayed gains: what you are doing right now might only lead to direct gains in 4 weeks. But if you stop, lose motivation and don’t train as hard (or eat as well if fat loss is your goal) you will never reach that spurt of improvement.
